- 1-2 cups cucumber diced
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters, as you like.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, ensuring they are all well combined.
