Double Pumpkin Pudding
This double pumpkin pudding is easy, yummy & uses leftovers- it's a triple win!

- 1 cup roasted pumpkin, packed firmly
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 pinch salt
- maple syrup to taste (I used 1 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Put all the ingredients except the cacao powder into the food processor and 'woosh' everything into a nice and finely blended pudding
Taste to see if this is to your liking. If you want it sweeter, add more maple syrup
Scoop half the pudding into a separate bowl. Add the cacao powder to the remaining pudding and blend until combined
Scoop out the cacao flavoured pudding into the bowl and you are already done. Enjoy!
